Easy Lemon Water Drink!

I wanted to share the miracle of lemon water that I have recently discovered! It's been a nice refreshing, appetite suppressing, hydrating lemon-flavored elixir. It's super easy and inexpensive to make! I just love that I can drink tasty lemonade without all the calories and I do not feel the need to binge on food!

I have been finding that making zero calorie lemonade has been helping me with feeling more satiated and control cravings. Also, it's very hydrating which is great as the weather gets warmer. Staying hydrated helps with fatigue and constipation. Proper hydration can also help aid in weight loss, along with watching calories and getting in proper exercise.

Here is what you need:


  1. Slice one lemon, take out the seeds and squeeze the juice into a glass or container of choice. Take the seeds out!

  2. Pour 24 ounces of water

  3. Optional! If you want to make it into zero calorie lemonade mix in 2-4 packets of a zero calorie sweetener of your choice. I like Whole Earth Sweetener Company Nature Sweet Stevia & Monk Fruit
