Epsom Salt Baths are cheap, easy, and an effective way to soothe the body and promote better sleep quality! I like to take one at least once to twice a week. The following is my Epsom Salt Bath Routine:
I fill a tub with very warm water, (feel free to use temperature to your comfort level.
Add a couple of cups of Epsom salt, it will dissolve in the water. I have been using and loving the Dr. Teal's Melatonin Sleep Soak with Essential Oil Blend Pure Epsom Salt Soaking Solution.
I enjoy adding a 1/4 cup to 1/2 a cup of grapeseed oil, to soften and moisturize my skin.
I also add about ten pumps of the Neutrogena Rainbath Refreshing Shower and Bath Gel.
I soak in the water for at least 20 minutes and just enjoy the soothing warmth of the bath into my skin.
Personally, I like to do a quick rinse off in the shower after a bath and put on my usual body lotions and oils afterward. I always feel so relaxed, calm, and pampered afterward it's a nice cheap spa at home experience!
